The focus of our care is to manage and control the pain and symptoms of an illness so that the patient can maintain control and dignity.
Care is coordinated among a team of clinicians including Medical Doctors, Nurses, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains and trained volunteers.
Support takes many forms; medical, physical, emotional, practical and spiritual to help all involved.
